What are my transportation and parking options?
The Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center is located at 3225 158th Ave. SE, Bellevue, WA (425) 644-2500– 17 miles from SeaTac airport, right off I-90. Airport shuttles, taxis, and other services are available for transport. Plenty of FREE PARKING is available at the Hotel for the public and hotel guests.
What are the room rates at the hotel?
A limited number of discounted hotel rooms are available for $119/night + tax for a standard room for Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights of the Event. Room rates include free parking, WiFi internet, cooked-to-order breakfast, and evening reception in the Lobby Atrium. To get the discounted rate, call the Seattle-Bellevue Embassy Suites directly at (425) 644-2500 and use Group Code ARCHITECTS.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The minimum age is 12 for conference attendees. Must be 21+ to purchase alcoholic beverages. ID required at the door for Student/Educator ticket.
What is the Meet-the-Speakers Cocktail Party?
A great opportunity for conversation, book-signing, photos and fun with all the conference Presenters and other participants. Located in the hotel’s lobby atrium on Saturday, 5:15-6:15 pm (cash bar). Buffet dinner is included, served 5:30pm-7:00pm.
What is the photography policy?
Still photography of the stage is permitted (no flashes). Social media posting is encouraged using the hashtag #ANPconference. Strictly no audio/video recording is permitted (press & media; please inquire.)
What do I wear?
Casual or business-casual dress recommended. No formal attire required for the Saturday evening Meet-the-Speakers Cocktail Party.
What are my dining options?
Three meals are included in the registration fee: A buffet lunch both Sat. & Sun., plus a dinner buffet Sat. evening. Made-to-order breakfast and evening reception are included for hotel guests. The Cascades Restaurant & Bar is located on the first floor of the hotel. A Starbucks Coffee and other popular chain restaurants are located within walking distance.
Is my ticket transferrable?
Yes – see the refund policy below. A $35 processing fee applies to all transfers and refunds.
Does the name on my registration need to match the person who attends?
Yes. All ticket holder’s names must be submitted when purchasing tickets because we print name badges using that information. Name badges are required to enter conference rooms and to participate in the meals provided. Please email [email protected] by Friday, March 19, 2021 if you need to change any registration data.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds or registration transfers must be submitted by email no later than Friday, March 19, 2021. A $35 processing fee applies to all transfers and refunds.
