What are the room rates at the hotel?

What are my parking options?
Complimentary parking for guests staying at the hotel. Visitor parking: $12 CAD per day.
What is the Meet the Speakers Cocktail Party?
A great opportunity for conversation, book-signing, photos and fun with George Noory and all the Conference Speakers on Saturday evening 7:30-10pm. Cash bar and light deserts.
What do I wear?
Casual or business-casual dress recommended. No formal attire required for the Saturday evening Meet the Speakers Cocktail Party.
What are my dining options?
Fresh Restaurant and Lounge is located in the hotel lobby. Other dining options within walking distance at Guildford Town Center Mall next to the Hotel.
What are the ID requirements or age limits to enter the event?
Minimum age is 12 for conference attendees, and adults 19+ for the Cocktail Party. Valid ID is required at the door for Student/Educator discounts.
What is the policy on photography?
Still photography of the stage is permitted. Please help by using the hashtag #ANPconference. Absolutely no audio/video recording permitted (press & media; please inquire.)
What is the refund policy?
Refunds or registration transfers must be submitted by email no later than Monday, June 25, 2018. A $35 processing fee applies. Send requests to registration@anpconference.com
